Ariel Morgan

Receiving the Fulbright filled Ariel with anticipation about growing as a student and cultural ambassador. She was excited to put the training she received from Western’s TESOL program to use in her daily work. Additionally, she was eager to pursue her interest in identity and migration studies through oral interviews with members of her host community. Ariel believes that transnational communities, such as those that exist between the US and Mexico, offer a window into a future where culture is as fluid as the economic model it supports.
